The Saarschleife inspires. In the face of this impressive natural monument, the Buchna family and all Buchna’s colleagues feel moved every day to do more than their best. We are Moselle Franconians, Saarlanders and long-established citizens of the Greater Region and feel deeply rooted in the historically moving and at the same time so sensual land of the Lorraine, Luxembourg and Saarlanders.
We find enthusiasm in the things we do. Our profession is a vocation for us, it obliges us to innovate and to maintain the traditions of craftsmanship. We experience our actions with gratitude – you as a guest will appreciate that.

Hotel history
In 1935 initially a small, but for that time appealing inn with restaurant, guest rooms, sawmill, brickworks, chicken farm, cinema and disco.
Today a mindful, ecosensitive, rural, family, loving, yet contemporary hotel with a “home-away-from-home” character!
