Please let us know of any allergies and intolerances in advance. Information and advice is available from our senior staff; further information is available for you to view at any time at reception through our iPad in the lobby.
Our rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival from Monday to Saturday and from 4 pm on Sundays. You're welcome to arrange an earlier arrival with the reception.
All goodbyes are hard. However, you must check out by 11 am.
Our Buchnas Landzeit (Wellness & Spa) can still be used on request. In case of a later departure, until 6 pm, 50% of the room rate will be charged automatically.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the lift alone. In an emergency, please press the emergency button. In case of fire, the lift must not be used under any circumstances.
Upon request, we can provide you with the following baby equipment: high chair, kettle, baby monitor. Please request extra baby cots when making your reservation.
We are happy to lend you the following for your visit to Buchnas Landzeit: You'll find bath towels, bathrobes and slippers in the bath basket in your room; additional towels are available at reception.
You'll find a notepad and pens in the cupboard or on the desk in your room; additional writing materials are available at reception.
Please note our fire protection facilities, fire alarm system and liability in the event of a false alarm (chargeable, approx. €2,000), e.g. caused by cigarette smoke.
If a loud alarm sounds, please leave the hotel immediately using the marked emergency exits. Please follow the instructions of our trained staff and the fire brigade!
If you suspect a fire in any part of the hotel building, please inform reception immediately.

You're welcome to charge your meals to the room; we need you to check this personally and provide your signature to acknowledge the bill. We respect your privacy when implementing our hygiene standards. We'll only enter and clean your room upon request.
We'll change your bed linen after 3 nights, or sooner if you wish.
Let us know your wishes via the Gastfreund app or our colleagues at reception. Send the form to us by 2 pm at the latest so that your room will be cleaned the following day.
